Your goods will be dispatched the same day they are ordered if the order is placed before 1pm, otherwise it will be dispatched the following working day.
All goods are posted using either Recorded First Class with the royal mail or via next day delivery courier; goods cannot be classified as lost until 14 days after posting.
Large items such as rods and bedchairs can take up to 48 hours to arrive.
Postage cost is calculted on the size, weight and type of parcel.
We will keep you informed by email of when your item is picked, packed and despatched. You can also keep track of your orders by logging into your account.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to accept returns on any bait or perishable items, or on DVD's except where there is a fault with the product.
